Dissatisfaction with the product
If a user is not satisfied with the product or content then a payer can claim the refund amount within 7 days period after the purchase is made. iKen will refund the full paid amount to the payer's account within 10-15 working days after the claim is received and acknowledged by the iKen team on email: info@mexuseducation.com
Technical issue
In case of any technical issue due to which the payment gets deducted from the payer's account and does not show on our official website but the payment gateway service clearly mentions the confirmed settlement, we manually submit the payment on our website. It should take 7-10 working days for the payment to be credited to the payer's account. Any such dispute occurs the customer is required to share the necessary proof of deduction in the form of a bank statement and / or screenshot and email it to info@mexuseducation.com
Multiple Payments Case
If double payment happens and the payment gateway service clearly mentions it, iKen will refund the payment after we receive payment which should take 7-10 working days for the refund of the payment.
